Ben Mill is one of Melbourne's unspoken techno characters and his emerging Ground Loop guise is something to be reckoned with, kicked off by the Ampersand EP which received a royal remix treatment by Lucy, Samuli Kemppi and Gynoid Audio chieftain Advanced Human.
Although his discogs may be a modest one, with only two releases; in a recent email correspondence he said "Ampersand was a highlight for sure. Hopefully better things to come! I've got a track coming out at some stage on [edit] that I think is my best work".
TEA approached Mill last year for a booking only to be turned down as he doesn't DJ. How fresh.
