Fleet Music 101

'A blog that takes a critical and instructive look at music production'

Alas the budding Ableton Live producer no longer has to take kick drum advice from an uplifting trance DJ or synthesis tips from a scouse house enthusiast...

Fleet Music is a refreshingly insightful new tutorial blog that takes inspiration from the likes of Basic Channel, Marshall Jefferson and TEA favourite Mic Newman, not bad eh?

Fleet Music's youtube tutorials are an easy and friendly guide through some of Ableton Live's features and sound design tools. Fleet Music's production ramblings are easily transferable to your own DAW thanks to Louis Gadd's clear, concise and friendly teachings.

Fleet's latest posting looks at emulating the 'stab' as well as developing other original sound designs, giving an insight into producing a sound that is appropriate to a particular genre.
